Management is Awesome.. Ran by strong women. Offer k match.. Dress code business casual but pretty lax, r e. Horrible pay. Was this review helpful? Yes No. Report Share Tweet. Copy link. Feels Hypocritical and Disingenuous. There has been a lot of turn-over since I started here a few years ago. Anyone under age 35 will leave within a year because this organization doesn't know how to appeal to and retain younger employees or customers for that matter.

Really discouraging. Flexible hours depending on which department you're in. Micromanagement, Toxic Culture, Low Compensation. Yes 1 No. Starts out as an amazing opportunity and fun place. Quirky at best! Lots of work place and compensation deception. Favoritism and nepotism at its finest. Lies about former employees. Extremely unprofessional and great for someone who has no real work experience. Management all seem challenged from a mental health perspective. Tread with caution.

Company Outings. Fake camaraderie. Impossible leads. Compensation and schedule flexibility bait is strong. Great team, great sales manager, pay is also "fair", but not much opportunities to grow. I loved the people at the Better Business Bureau. The job itself is also not that bad, they say calls in reality its more like 50 on average.

They changed the commission structure after I joined, making it near impossible to hit. Still I think the pay was fair overall - but growth is limited. Great team. Not much opportunity to grow. BBB is a great place to work! BBB has tons of benefits. Great management. They help you succeed and prosper. Co-workers were tons of fun. We all helped each other succeed instead of tearing each other down. Good Money. No flexibility in schedule.

Rate your recent company. Good environment but horrible pay. They were very laid back and flexible, as far as if you needed to go to a doctor appt or a kids school event.

They basically let you take unlimited time off. The office was closed for two weeks over Christmas, and they paid you. They were closed for federal holidays too. Everyone was very friendly and nice. The worst part was the pay.

It was pretty much all commission- if you met your sales goals. Otherwise you got a very low hourly pay. I was basically making less than minimum wage, after my insurance was taken out.

Very insulting for a person with 15 years of experience and a college education. Most new people quit or were let go within 6 months. Unlimited time off. No hourly Pay! Company keeps half of your Commissions. Don't work here unless you are old and retired looking for a supplement income.

The pay is sad for a year old structured business. Don't apply for the job unless things are stable at home and you just need a hobby to past time. Off at 4 daily, no weekends! Low to no pay No benefits greed from upper management.

Big Brother watching. Leads are a mess. Outdated and mixed up and no one is making any money there. A lot of inappropriate behaviors there that I will not go into. The team environment is horrible. From the day I started I seen all this I have never seen anything like this. There are cameras everywhere HR spends their day just watching all of us.

I was never told this from the day they hired me until the start date. I feel it is a violation of people's rights to not tell them this before they take a job with you. They also deducted medical dental and vision costs from my check and never had the paperwork. Which means I never had benefits and today when they let me go- they tell me I will be refunded for those costs, and I have no insurance.

I am sure that there are consequences for deducting monies without signed forms in hand that I signed up. If they been filled out, I could have used the vision benefits or dental after they let me go.

Instead they got one over me.
